Measuring up
You place an order, and initial dimensions are noted on the order form. A professional surveyor then takes precise measurements, double-checking all details. After the surveyor completes their measurements, the information is sent to our UK-based factory to begin production of your order.

Glass Manufacture
Our specialist glass department customizes each unit to your precise specifications, including in-house production of toughened glass for optimal accuracy and quality. After cutting, every pane is inspected, cleaned, assembled, and sealed using a robotic process. Our highly skilled lead shop team also creates intricate lead designs with great precision.

Frame Manufacture
Order Processing inputs every detail into our computerized system, which is then sent electronically to our fully equipped manufacturing facility. With all raw materials on-site, your order is processed swiftly and efficiently. Using state-of-the-art machinery and skilled craftsmen, we carefully craft each frame, paying close attention to every stage of production.

Comprehensive Finishing Service
Our package includes drylining, tape, jointing, and plastering along with your window installation. By handling all these aspects ourselves, we streamline the process and ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience for you.

Delivery and Fitting
Once your order is complete, it is delivered to your future home using our own transport fleet where every item is checked, and all furniture is fitted on site. Our fitters prepare the work area before safely and carefully removing the old windows and doors. Your brand-new bespoke energy efficient products are then installed and internally beaded for security.
